Build a single-page scorekeeper app for board game nights. Users can create a new game session by giving it a name (e.g. "Catan - Friday Night"), add up to 8 players with custom names and avatar colors, and then track scores round by round using a simple +/- input per player. Each round's delta is recorded and the running total updates live. A leaderboard column always shows the current ranking. Users can end the session and see a final winner banner. All sessions (at least the last 5) persist in localStorage so users can review past game nights — tapping a past session shows its full round-by-round score history in a read-only view. The UI should feel lively and game-night appropriate: bold typography, colorful player chips, and satisfying score animations when points are added.
