Refund Policy
How coin purchases, entries, and payment issues are handled. Amounts shown are examples; the exact figures always appear before you confirm.
Coins are prepaid credits
Coins are digital credits you buy in advance to enter challenges. One coin is Rp 50,000. Once coins are purchased and credited to your balance, the purchase is complete and is generally non-refundable to your original payment method.
Coins have no cash value outside the platform and cannot be transferred between accounts. Winnings are withdrawable separately under the withdrawal rules, not by refunding a coin purchase.
Payment problems
If your payment succeeds but coins are not credited, no action is usually needed: payments are confirmed by the payment provider and reconciled automatically, typically within a minute.
If coins still do not appear after a confirmed payment, or you believe you were charged more than once, contact Support with the date and amount and we will investigate and correct it.
Entry coins are returned when a challenge does not run
Joining a lobby holds the coins for your entry. If you leave before the challenge starts, or the lobby is cancelled or expires without running, those coins are returned to your balance in full.
Returned coins go back to your coin balance, not to your bank or card. They remain available to enter another challenge.
Entries into challenges that run are final
Once a challenge you entered starts, the entry is used and its coins are not returned. You have received the service: a scored place in the competition, judged against the published rubric.
A lower placement, a low score, or choosing not to submit does not qualify for a return of the entry coins.
If something goes wrong on our side
If a technical fault on our side prevents your submission from being evaluated, contact Support. Where a genuine platform error is confirmed, we will make it right, which normally means returning the entry coins to your balance.
Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact Support before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues are resolved faster directly, and opening a chargeback may temporarily suspend withdrawals on the account while it is reviewed.
