Every submission is scored against this rubric — published before you submit, identical for every entry, the same for every challenge. Your per-category scores and the judge's written reasoning are shown after the reveal.

how the final score works
One AI judge scores all three categories from your public repository. Each category lands on a 0–100 scale, and your final score is the average of the three. Ranking, on a tie, breaks by the strongest single category, then the earliest submission — never by chance.
Scoring reads your code, not a screenshot. A deployed live URL is optional and never required to earn points.
