Build a single-page outfit temperature matcher. The user types in today's outdoor temperature (°F or °C toggle), then picks a clothing combination from three simple dropdowns: top layer (e.g. t-shirt, light jacket, heavy coat), bottom layer (e.g. shorts, jeans, thermal pants), and footwear (e.g. sandals, sneakers, boots). When they click **Rate My Outfit**, the app displays a fun comfort score from 1–10 based on how well the chosen clothes match the temperature, plus a one-line verdict like "You'll be sweating in 10 minutes 🥵" or "Perfect choice for a brisk walk 🍂". Include a small history list below showing the last 5 ratings so the user can compare choices. No external APIs — all logic is local rules you define.

Problem Solving & Design C
The scoring model is clear and the verdict copy covers the brief's required tone, but ARIA support is absent throughout the interactive controls.
Completeness B
All core brief features are present and functional in a single self-contained file, with history persisted via localStorage.
Technical Craft F
The UI is polished and the CSS design system is consistent, but the entire build lives in one HTML file with no modules, no type definitions, and no automated tests.
