Build a single-page widget that helps people figure out how to split pills to hit a target dose when they only have tablets of a different strength on hand. The user enters two numbers: the **tablet strength they have** (e.g. 500 mg) and the **dose they need** (e.g. 250 mg or 750 mg). The app instantly shows how many whole or fractional tablets to take — for example "½ tablet" or "1½ tablets" — expressed both as a fraction and as a decimal, along with a simple pill icon graphic that visually shades the correct portion (whole, half, quarter, three-quarters). Also include a small **log section** below the calculator: a running list of up to 10 past calculations (tablet strength → needed dose → result) that persists in `localStorage` so it survives a page refresh. Each log entry has a delete button. No authentication, no backend — just a clean, functional single-page tool.

Problem Solving & Design C
The widget handles the brief's core scenarios cleanly with exact rational arithmetic, a non-standard-cut warning, and a well-structured log, but lacks any transition or animation to guide attention.
Completeness B
Core calculator and log are fully functional; the app lacks any error surfacing to the user for localStorage failures and has no loading states.
Technical Craft B+
The codebase is well-structured with TypeScript types, modular files, named functions, and a solid test suite covering both calculator logic and storage edge cases.
