Your team's meeting room always runs out of dry-erase markers mid-presentation. Build a tiny single-page app to track the markers in the room.

**What to build:**
- A list of marker colors (e.g., Black, Blue, Red, Green) with a current count for each
- Buttons to increment or decrement the count per color (min 0)
- A simple visual indicator (e.g., colored badge or icon) that turns red/warning when a color's count drops to 1 or 0
- An "Add Color" form that lets you type a custom color name and add it to the list
- A "Remove" button to delete a color entry entirely
- All state lives in-page (no backend needed); counts reset on refresh is acceptable

The finished app should feel like a real break-room utility: clean, readable at a glance, and satisfying to tap when you grab or restock a marker.
